The plan.
Well, the plan was to post some amazing sunset pics from my first day in Tulum, but in my world things rarely go as planned and this was no exception. My first day was filled with so much travel and exhaustion that I didn’t even have the energy to snap off a few pics with my iPhone. The Wednesday before my oh-so-early flight on Thursday morning was filled with getting last minute projects completed. Well into the night I realized that I probably would not be getting any sleep at all and before I knew it the sun was rising and I was on my way to the airport. After a mere twelve hours of traveling, including a five hour layover in Houston and two hour drive into Tulum, I was *finally* there! I had a quick dinner and some margaritas and was out like a light.
